This Privacy Policy is issued by Ashish Vidyarthi and Associates LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, having its registered/principal office at 213, Yugdharma, Opp. Inorbit Mall, Malad Link Road, Goregaon West, Mumbai – 400104, Maharashtra, India, operating under the brand name “Avid Miner” and offering programmes, courses, communities, events and related services under “Reinvent with Ashish Vidyarthi” (“Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
For the personal-data processing described in this Privacy Policy, the Operator is responsible to the extent that it determines the purposes and means of such processing. References to “Ashish Vidyarthi” identify him in his capacity as a creator, instructor, performer, speaker and brand personality. Unless Ashish Vidyarthi is himself the named legal Operator or Applicable Law provides otherwise, the use of his name, image, voice, likeness or Course Content does not, by itself, make him personally responsible for the operation of the platform or the processing of personal data described in this Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to:
Purchasers and Participants;
prospective purchasers and persons who enquire about an Offering;
parents and lawful guardians of Participants who are under eighteen years of age;
authorised representatives of schools, companies or other organisations purchasing or arranging access;
members of an associated community, live session or event; and
individuals who otherwise communicate or interact with us in connection with an Offering.
It applies to personal data collected or received through our website, landing pages, Course Pages, checkout processes, enrolment forms, communications, live or recorded sessions, communities, support channels and other Offering-related activities. It also covers personal data that we receive from, disclose to or process through TagMango, Payment Service Providers, communications providers, video-conferencing services, analytics providers and other service providers used to administer or deliver an Offering.
The Offerings are presently hosted and technologically enabled through the TagMango Platform. Depending on the particular activity, TagMango or another third-party service provider may process personal data:
on behalf of the Operator as a Data Processor or service provider; or
for its own independently determined purposes as a separate Data Fiduciary, controller or platform provider.
This Privacy Policy governs processing for which the Operator determines the purposes and means. Processing independently determined and controlled by TagMango or another third party is also governed by that third party’s own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review the applicable third-party documents before using their services.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator is not responsible for personal-data processing, security practices, systems, interruptions, acts or omissions independently determined and controlled by a third party. However, nothing in this Privacy Policy excludes any responsibility that the Operator is legally required to retain for processing undertaken on its behalf by a Data Processor or other service provider.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to an independent third-party website, application or service merely because it is linked from an Offering, where the Operator does not determine or control that third party’s processing.
This Privacy Policy is a privacy notice and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and the applicable Course Page. It does not constitute blanket consent to every form of data processing.
Where consent is required, we will seek it through an appropriate, specific, informed and affirmative mechanism. We may also process personal data without consent where such processing is permitted or required under another lawful ground or “certain legitimate use” recognised by Applicable Law.
Where particular personal data is reasonably necessary to register a Participant, process a payment, provide access, deliver an Offering, issue an invoice or certificate, maintain security, address a complaint or comply with law, a refusal to provide that data—or withdrawal of consent where consent is the applicable basis—may prevent us from providing or continuing the relevant service. Withdrawal will not affect processing lawfully undertaken before withdrawal or any continued retention or processing required or permitted by law.
Where a Participant is under eighteen years of age, references in this Privacy Policy to “you” or the “Data Principal” include the Participant’s parent or lawful guardian, where applicable. The parent or lawful guardian must manage or authorise the purchase and access, review this Privacy Policy and provide any verifiable parental consent required by Applicable Law. Where a school or organisation arranges access for minors, its representative must have appropriate authority and must ensure that all necessary parental or guardian permissions have been obtained. We may request reasonable evidence of age, identity, authority or parental status and may withhold, restrict or suspend registration or access until we are reasonably satisfied that the applicable requirements have been met.
Our website, checkout process and primary Offering materials are provided in English unless the relevant Course Page expressly states otherwise. If you require clarification concerning how your personal data will be processed, please contact us at reachus@ashishvidyarthi.com before providing personal data, registering or completing a purchase.
Where Applicable Law requires us to provide an option to access a privacy notice or consent request in English or another language specified in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India, we will make that option available through a legally compliant and reasonably accessible process. The availability of a translated privacy notice does not mean that the Offering, Course Content, customer support or communications will also be available in that language. In the event of an inconsistency, the English version will apply to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, without limiting any non-waivable statutory right.
In this Privacy Policy, “personal data” means data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to that data. “Data Principal”, “Data Fiduciary”, “Data Processor”, “consent”, “child” and “certain legitimate uses” have the meanings assigned under applicable Indian data-protection law. “Sensitive Personal Data or Information” has the meaning assigned under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules, to the extent those provisions remain applicable and in force. The use of a defined term does not mean that the Operator collects every category of information covered by that term.
“Applicable Law” means the laws, rules, regulations, notifications, orders and binding governmental requirements applicable to the relevant processing of personal data, as amended or replaced from time to time.
“TagMango Platform” means the website, application and related technology, account, payment, community and content-delivery services operated by TagMango Private Limited through which an Offering may be hosted or delivered.
“Payment Service Provider” means a bank, card network, payment gateway, UPI service, wallet provider, card issuer or other third party involved in processing, authenticating, settling, refunding or disputing a payment.
Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given to them in our Terms and Conditions of Use.
If any provision of this Privacy Policy conflicts with a mandatory requirement of Applicable Law, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail to the extent of that conflict.
2. Our Relationship With TagMango
The Offerings are hosted or delivered through the TagMango Platform operated by TagMango Private Limited.
When you visit a TagMango-hosted page, create or use an account, authenticate access, make a payment, access Course Content, participate in a community or use another platform feature, TagMango may collect and process personal data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy available at https://tagmango.com/privacy and its Terms available at https://tagmango.com/terms.
TagMango may provide the Operator with information reasonably required to administer an Offering, including identity and contact information, order and payment status, enrolment, access, progress, activity, community interactions and support information.
Where the Operator determines why and how personal data is used for the delivery of an Offering, participant support, communications, community administration, compliance, security or the Operator’s own marketing, this Privacy Policy applies. Where TagMango independently determines why and how it processes personal data for its platform, accounts, security, analytics, payments, communications or other independently determined purposes, TagMango’s Privacy Policy applies. Both policies may apply to different processing activities arising from the same interaction.
This Privacy Policy does not replace TagMango’s Privacy Policy. It also does not describe private commercial arrangements between the Operator and TagMango that do not directly affect Purchasers or Participants.
3. Personal Data We May Collect or Receive
Depending on how you interact with us, the nature of the selected Offering and the features or integrations enabled, we may collect, receive, generate or have access to the following categories of personal data, either directly from you or through TagMango or another authorised service provider:
Identity data, including name, username, display name, age, age range or age confirmation and, where a Participant is under eighteen, limited information concerning the identity, adult status, authority and relationship of the parent or lawful guardian;
Contact data, including email address, mobile number, postal address and communication preferences;
Account and enrolment data, including TagMango account identifier, selected Offering, access entitlement, cohort, membership status and information reasonably required to provide login or account-related support;
Transaction data, including order number, amount, currency, applicable taxes, discount, payment status, payment-method category, invoice details, refund or chargeback status and transaction reference;
Learning and participation data, including lessons or resources accessed, progress, attendance, quiz or assignment responses, submitted work, feedback, certificate status and interaction with course features;
Community data, including profile information, posts, comments, reactions, questions, content submitted by you and, where made available to us for administration, support, safety or moderation, messages and moderation records;
Live-session data, including registration, attendance, display name, chat contributions and, where appropriate notice and any required authorisation or consent have been provided, audio, video, photographs or session recordings;
Correspondence and support data, including emails, messages, call records or notes, complaints, refund requests, survey responses, feedback and troubleshooting information;
Marketing and communication data, including subscription preferences, consent or opt-out status, campaign source and engagement with promotional communications;
Technical and usage data made available to us or collected through enabled platform features or tools, including IP address, device or browser type, operating system, referral source, page or feature activity, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie or similar identifiers and diagnostic or security logs; and
Compliance, verification and security data reasonably required to verify age, parental or organisational authority, detect fraud, investigate unauthorised access or misuse, protect the Operator, Ashish Vidyarthi, Participants or third parties, enforce our Terms, comply with law or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
The categories above describe information that we may collect or receive. They do not mean that we collect every category or every listed data point from every individual. The information actually collected will depend on the relevant Offering, the enabled platform features, the manner in which you interact with us and the information reasonably required for the applicable purpose.
4. Data Minimisation and Information You Should Not Provide
We do not ordinarily receive or store complete card numbers, CVV information, UPI PINs, banking passwords, account passwords or one-time passwords. You must not provide such credentials to the Operator, Ashish Vidyarthi, any instructor, employee, representative or community member.
Unless specifically requested through an authorised channel for a disclosed and lawful purpose, you should not submit government identification documents, financial credentials, biometric information, health information or other sensitive or confidential personal information. If such information is provided without being requested, we may securely delete, redact or restrict its use, subject to Applicable Law and legitimate record-keeping requirements.
We seek to collect, receive, access and retain only personal data that is reasonably necessary and proportionate for one or more of the specific purposes described in Section 6 of this Privacy Policy, for providing or administering a requested Offering, protecting users, Course Content and systems, preventing or investigating fraud or misuse, complying with Applicable Law, resolving disputes, or establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. We will not knowingly require personal data that is irrelevant or disproportionate to those purposes.
If additional personal data becomes reasonably necessary for a new or materially different purpose, we will provide further information and obtain consent where required by Applicable Law.
5. Sources of Personal Data
We may receive personal data:
directly from you when you enquire, purchase, register, participate, submit content, request support or communicate with us;
from TagMango when it facilitates an account, transaction, enrolment, platform activity, community or support function;
from Payment Service Providers through payment confirmations, failures, reversals, refunds, chargebacks and fraud signals, but ordinarily not through the disclosure of complete payment credentials to the Operator;
from organisations that lawfully purchase or arrange participation for their personnel;
from videoconferencing, email, messaging, analytics, advertising, customer-support or other service providers used for an Offering; and
automatically through platform and website technologies where such collection is enabled and lawful.
If you give us personal data about another person, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it and have given that person any notice or obtained any permission required by law.
6. Why We Process Personal Data
We may process personal data to:
respond to enquiries and provide requested pre-purchase information;
create, confirm, administer and support an enrolment, account or membership;
verify identity, age, parental or organisational authority and eligibility, where reasonably required;
verify payment and issue receipts, invoices, refunds, transfers, credits or other transaction records;
provide Course Content, live sessions, communities, resources, assessments, feedback and certificates;
identify authorised Participants and prevent or investigate account sharing, unauthorised access, piracy, scraping, fraud, payment abuse and security threats;
monitor attendance, access and progress and provide appropriate learning or administrative support;
personalise relevant course communications and the Participant’s experience within an Offering;
operate, administer, moderate and protect learning communities;
send essential communications concerning access, transactions, schedules, changes to an Offering, support, security, account administration, legal notices and policy updates;
record a session where appropriate notice and any legally required authorisation or consent have been provided;
respond to support requests, complaints, grievances, refund or chargeback requests and data-rights requests;
maintain records required for taxation, accounting, invoicing, audits, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal claims and regulatory compliance;
understand engagement, prepare aggregated or de-identified analytics, diagnose technical issues and maintain, develop or improve the Offerings;
communicate news, updates, offers and promotional material where permitted by Applicable Law and consistent with the recipient’s recorded communication preferences;
maintain consent, unsubscribe and suppression records to demonstrate compliance and prevent communications from being sent contrary to a recorded preference;
protect the rights, safety, reputation and property of Participants, Ashish Vidyarthi, instructors, the Operator, its personnel, service providers and the public;
establish, exercise or defend contractual, statutory or other legal rights; and
respond to lawful requests, court orders and obligations under Applicable Law.
We process personal data only for a lawful and disclosed purpose. Depending on the activity and the Applicable Law in force, processing may be based on consent, the voluntary provision of personal data for a specified purpose, performance of a requested transaction or contract where recognised as a lawful basis, compliance with law, the protection of legal rights, an emergency, a “certain legitimate use”, or another basis expressly permitted by Applicable Law.
Promotional Communications
Unless otherwise permitted by Applicable Law, we process personal data for direct promotional or marketing communications only after obtaining separate, specific, informed and affirmative consent from the relevant Data Principal. This consent may be obtained at checkout or through another clear opt-in mechanism.
Marketing consent:
will not be inferred merely from visiting the website, enquiring about or purchasing an Offering;
will not be bundled with mandatory acceptance of the Terms and Conditions or acknowledgment of this Privacy Policy;
will not be pre-selected or made a condition of purchase;
may be collected separately for relevant communication channels, such as email, SMS, telephone or WhatsApp; and
may be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe facility provided in the communication or by contacting us at reachus@ashishvidyarthi.com
Withdrawal of marketing consent will not affect processing lawfully undertaken before withdrawal. We may retain a minimal suppression or opt-out record to respect the withdrawal, prevent further promotional communications and demonstrate compliance.
Essential account, payment, access, security, schedule, service, policy and legal communications are not promotional communications. Where reasonably necessary to provide or administer an Offering, we may continue to send such communications even if the recipient has opted out of marketing.
We do not knowingly use the personal data of a Participant identified as being under eighteen years of age for behavioural monitoring, targeted advertising or direct promotional communications.
Communications concerning an Offering intended for a minor will ordinarily be directed to the verified parent or lawful guardian, subject to Applicable Law.
7. Payments and Financial Information
Payment collection may be facilitated by TagMango and one or more Payment Service Providers. Those entities may collect and process payment credentials, authentication information, device information, fraud signals and transaction details under their own terms and privacy notices.
The Operator ordinarily receives confirmation that payment was attempted, successful, failed, reversed or refunded, together with relevant order and reference information. We use this information to provide access, reconcile accounts, issue invoices, investigate discrepancies and process eligible refunds.
You should never disclose an OTP, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password to the Operator, Ashish Vidyarthi, an instructor or another Participant.
8. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Technologies
The TagMango Platform may use cookies, pixels, software-development kits, tags, logs and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, platform functionality, performance, analytics, payment processing and other purposes described in TagMango’s Privacy Policy.
We may advertise and promote our Offerings directly or through advertising agencies, media buyers, marketing consultants and other authorised service providers. Advertising may be conducted through search engines, social-media platforms, video platforms, websites, applications, display networks and other digital or offline channels, including platforms operated by Google, YouTube, Meta, Facebook, Instagram or other advertising providers engaged from time to time.
Depending on the campaign and technologies enabled, we and our authorised service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, click identifiers, referral parameters, application programming interfaces, conversion APIs, server-to-server integrations and similar technologies for:
delivering and managing advertisements;
identifying the advertisement, campaign or referring platform through which a person reached an Offering;
measuring visits, registrations, purchases and other conversion events;
understanding campaign performance and engagement;
preventing fraud, invalid traffic and advertising abuse;
preparing aggregated campaign and audience reports;
limiting the repeated display of advertisements; and
conducting remarketing, audience measurement or interest-based advertising where permitted by Applicable Law.
These technologies may collect or receive information such as IP address, device and browser information, cookie or advertising identifiers, approximate location, referring platform, advertisement or campaign identifier, pages visited, links clicked, registration status, purchase or conversion status and the date, time or value of a relevant transaction. We will not intentionally provide complete payment credentials, account passwords, private Course Content or information submitted within a restricted learning activity to an advertising provider for advertising purposes.
An advertising agency or other provider engaged to act on our behalf may process relevant personal data only for authorised campaign-management, measurement, reporting, security or related purposes and subject to appropriate contractual, confidentiality and data-protection obligations. An advertising platform may also process personal data for purposes it independently determines under its own terms and privacy policy.
Non-essential analytics, remarketing, behavioural-advertising or conversion-tracking technologies will be subject to any notice, consent or preference mechanism required by Applicable Law. Where consent is required, refusing or withdrawing that consent will not prevent the purchase of an Offering, although certain advertising personalisation or measurement may become unavailable.
We do not knowingly use advertising or tracking technologies to undertake behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at Participants identified as being under eighteen years of age.
The particular providers and technologies used may change according to our campaigns, business requirements and available platform functionality. We may update our providers or technologies without separately notifying every user where the categories of personal data, purposes and material privacy effects remain substantially consistent with this Privacy Policy. If a change materially affects the personal data collected, the purposes of processing or an individual’s rights, we will update this Privacy Policy, provide an appropriate notice and obtain consent where required by Applicable Law.
You may be able to manage certain cookies or advertising preferences through your browser, device, the TagMango Platform or the relevant advertising platform. Disabling essential technologies may affect account access, checkout or other platform functionality.
9. Transactional and Marketing Communications
We, TagMango and our communication providers may send messages necessary to complete and support your transaction, including OTPs, receipts, access instructions, session reminders, schedule changes, security alerts, service notices and responses to your requests.
Where required, promotional email, SMS, WhatsApp messages or telephone calls will be based on a separate choice or other lawful basis. You can withdraw marketing consent or opt out using the method in the message or by emailing reachus@ashishvidyarthi.com. We may retain a minimal suppression record to honour the opt-out.
Opting out of marketing does not stop communications necessary for an existing purchase, security, legal notice or response to your request.
10. Live Sessions, Recordings and Participant Content
If a session is to be recorded, we will provide notice and, where required, an appropriate consent mechanism. Depending on how you participate, a recording may include your display name, chat, voice, image, performance, question or personal contribution.
Where a Participant is under eighteen years of age, any consent required for the Participant’s identifiable inclusion in a recording must be provided by the Participant’s parent or lawful guardian. Where reasonably practicable, a Participant may keep their camera and microphone switched off and avoid including identifying information in a public chat. The Operator may restrict participation in a particular activity where visual or audio interaction is an essential and clearly disclosed feature of that activity.
Recordings made for delivery may be shared with authorised Participants for the stated period. Public promotional use of an identifiable Participant's testimonial, close-up image, voice, personal story or performance will require separate permission where required by law.
Participant Content may be processed to deliver, moderate, secure and improve the Offering, respond to the Participant, investigate misconduct or comply with law. It will not be treated as confidential merely because it is posted in a restricted community, since other Participants may be able to view or copy it.
We will not intentionally use identifiable Participant recordings or submissions to train a general-purpose generative artificial-intelligence model without a separate, specific notice and consent where required by law.
11. How We Share Personal Data
We may share personal data, limited to what is reasonably necessary, with:
TagMango for platform hosting, accounts, authentication, delivery, community functions, transactions, support, security and analytics;
Payment Service Providers for payment collection, authentication, settlement, currency conversion, reconciliation, refunds, fraud prevention, chargebacks and payment disputes;
instructors, moderators and authorised members of the Operator's team who need the information to deliver or support an Offering;
videoconferencing, email, SMS, WhatsApp or other communication providers used to deliver sessions and messages;
cloud-hosting, file-storage, security, analytics, advertising, customer-support and technology providers where enabled;
accountants, auditors, insurers, lawyers and other professional advisers subject to appropriate duties;
an organisation that purchased participation for you, limited to information reasonably connected with administration, attendance or completion and consistent with the notice given to you;
a successor or proposed successor in connection with a genuine merger, restructuring, financing, sale or transfer of the relevant business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards; and
courts, regulators, law-enforcement agencies, government authorities or other persons where disclosure is required or lawfully permitted to protect rights, safety, investigate wrongdoing or comply with legal process.
We do not sell personal data for monetary consideration. We do not authorise service providers to use personal data for their own unrelated marketing merely because they process it for us. A provider may nevertheless process personal data for an independently determined purpose disclosed in its own privacy policy, where lawful.
12. International Processing
TagMango or another service provider may store or process information in India or another country. Where personal data is transferred outside India, we will take reasonable steps appropriate to our role and comply with restrictions or safeguards required by Applicable Law.
Data-protection and government-access rules may differ between countries. Use of an international provider does not reduce any protection that cannot lawfully be waived.
13. Retention and Deletion
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purpose, an active Offering or account, support, security, disputes, legitimate legal claims and applicable tax, accounting or regulatory requirements.
Our intended retention approach is:
enrolment, access and progress records: during the access period and thereafter only where reasonably needed for support, certificates, fraud prevention, disputes or legal compliance;
transaction, invoice, tax, refund and accounting records: for the period required by applicable financial, tax and accounting law;
community posts and Participant Content: while the relevant community or Offering remains available, or until valid deletion, moderation or account action, subject to lawful records and backup cycles;
live-session recordings: for the period stated for the Offering or as otherwise notified, and longer only where separately authorised or legally required;
support, complaint and security records: for a reasonable period needed to resolve the issue, prevent misuse and establish or defend legal claims;
marketing records: until you opt out, the purpose ends or applicable retention criteria require review, with a minimal suppression record retained where needed to respect your preference; and
consent and policy-acceptance records: for so long as reasonably needed to demonstrate compliance and resolve disputes.
TagMango independently controls retention within its systems in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Applicable Law. Deletion from our active records may not immediately remove information from secure backups, financial records, legal files or TagMango's independently controlled systems.
We may retain properly anonymised or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably identify an individual.
14. Your Choices and Rights
Subject to Applicable Law, the commencement and availability of the relevant statutory right, and reasonable verification of identity and authority, you may have the right to:
obtain a summary of the personal data currently being processed by the Operator and the processing activities undertaken in relation to that data;
restrictions and non-disclosure requirements under Applicable Law; obtain the identities of other Data Fiduciaries and Data Processors with whom the Operator has shared your personal data, together with a description of the personal data shared, subject to exceptions, and non-disclosure requirements under Applicable Law;
request correction of inaccurate or misleading personal data;
request completion of incomplete personal data or updating of outdated personal data;
request erasure of personal data where it is no longer required for the specified purpose and its continued retention is not required or otherwise permitted under Applicable Law;
withdraw consent at any time where consent is the applicable basis for processing, through a clear and accessible mechanism, with ease reasonably comparable to the mechanism through which consent was obtained;
opt out of promotional communications through the unsubscribe or opt-out facility provided, through applicable account or communication settings, or by contacting us;
use the Operator’s grievance-redressal mechanism concerning the processing of personal data or the exercise of an applicable privacy right;
nominate another individual to exercise applicable rights in the event of your death or incapacity, when and to the extent that this right is legally operative; and
approach the competent Data Protection Board, Consumer Commission or another authority where permitted under Applicable Law and after first using or exhausting the Operator’s grievance-redressal mechanism where the law requires you to do so.
How to Exercise a Right
To submit a request relating to personal data processed by the Operator, emailreachus@ashishvidyarthi.com, preferably from your registered email address, with the subject line “Privacy Rights Request”. Please identify the applicable Offering or account and describe the right you wish to exercise.
We may request information reasonably necessary to:
verify your identity and authority;
protect personal data against unauthorised disclosure or deletion;
locate the relevant account, transaction or personal data;
understand and respond to the request; and
maintain an appropriate record of the request and our response.
You must provide accurate and verifiably authentic information and must not impersonate another person, suppress material information, or submit a false, fraudulent or frivolous request or grievance.
We will not ask you to provide an account password, banking password, UPI PIN, complete card details, CVV or one-time password for the purpose of exercising a privacy right. If we cannot reasonably verify your identity or authority, we may defer, restrict or decline the request to the extent permitted by Applicable Law in order to protect the relevant personal data.
Where a request is made by a parent or lawful guardian on behalf of a Participant who is under eighteen, or by a nominee or authorised representative, we may request reasonable evidence of the relationship, nomination or authority before acting on the request.
Limits and Exceptions
Privacy rights are not unlimited. A request may be restricted, deferred or refused to the extent permitted or required under Applicable Law, including where:
the request cannot reasonably be authenticated;
retention or processing remains necessary for the specified purpose;
information must be retained for taxation, accounting, invoicing, fraud prevention, security, audit, dispute resolution, enforcement of our Terms or compliance with law;
processing is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal right or claim;
disclosure would adversely affect the rights, privacy, confidentiality or security of another person;
the information is subject to legal privilege, confidentiality obligations, lawful non-disclosure requirements or a statutory exception; or
the request is false, fraudulent or frivolous.
The right of access ordinarily entitles you to a summary of the personal data being processed and the related processing activities. It does not automatically require the disclosure of proprietary systems, source code, security credentials, internal fraud-detection methods, legally privileged material, confidential information belonging to another person or information that may lawfully be withheld.
We will respond within the period required under Applicable Law. Where permitted, we may ask for clarification or additional verification before processing an incomplete, unclear or unusually complex request.
Withdrawal of Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent by using the relevant account setting, unsubscribe or opt-out facility, responding through the channel through which consent was obtained, or emailing reachus@ashishvidyarthi.com.
Withdrawal applies to future consent-based processing and does not affect processing lawfully undertaken before withdrawal. It also does not require us to stop processing or erase information that we are required or permitted to retain under another applicable legal basis.
Withdrawal or erasure may make it impossible to continue providing an account, community, certificate, support service or Offering that reasonably depends on the relevant personal data. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain any material consequence before completing the request.
We may retain a minimal suppression record after withdrawal of marketing consent so that we can respect your preference, prevent further promotional communications and demonstrate compliance.
Requests Involving TagMango or Other Providers
Where TagMango or another provider processes personal data solely on the Operator’s behalf, we will coordinate with that provider to the extent required under Applicable Law.
Where the request concerns data, accounts, systems or functionality independently controlled by TagMango or another third party, you may also need to submit the request directly through that party’s privacy or support process. We may provide reasonable routing assistance, but we cannot require an independent party to erase, disclose or modify data that it is independently entitled or legally required to retain.
Erasure from active systems may not result in immediate deletion from encrypted backups, security logs or legally required records. Such information may remain protected and restricted from ordinary use until deletion occurs through the applicable retention or backup cycle, unless continued processing is legally permitted or required.
15. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the personal data and our role. Measures may include role-based access, confidentiality obligations, account controls, secure service providers, backups, monitoring and procedures for responding to suspected incidents.
No internet transmission, platform or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account, device, email, mobile number and authentication credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.
The fact that security cannot be guaranteed does not remove any obligation imposed on us by Applicable Law.
16. Personal Data Breaches
We maintain procedures to identify, assess and respond to suspected personal-data breaches within our control. Where required by Applicable Law, we will notify affected individuals and/or the competent authority in the required manner and timeframe and provide information reasonably available to us.
Where an incident involves TagMango or another provider, we may coordinate investigation, containment, communication and remediation according to the parties' respective roles.
17. Children and Participants Under Eighteen
Unless the relevant Course Page expressly states that an Offering is open to Participants under eighteen years of age, the Offering is intended only for persons aged eighteen or above.
A Participant under eighteen may access or participate only in an Offering that is expressly identified as being available to that age group. The purchase, registration and access must be managed or appropriately authorised by the Participant’s parent or lawful guardian in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
For an Offering made available to Participants under eighteen, we may process limited personal data concerning the Participant and their parent or lawful guardian where reasonably necessary for registration, age and authority verification, course delivery, communications, safeguarding, support, certification, security and compliance with Applicable Law.
Where Applicable Law requires verifiable parental consent before processing a child’s personal data, we will obtain or verify that consent through a reasonably appropriate process. We may request information or evidence reasonably necessary to confirm age, identity, adult status, parental or guardian authority, or the validity of the consent. We may decline, withhold, restrict or suspend registration or access until we are reasonably satisfied that the applicable requirements have been met.
Where a school or another organisation purchases or arranges access for a Participant under eighteen, the organisation and its authorised representative must have appropriate authority and must obtain all legally required parental or guardian permissions. We may also require direct confirmation from the relevant parent or lawful guardian where reasonably necessary or required by Applicable Law.
We do not knowingly undertake behavioural monitoring, tracking or targeted advertising directed at Participants identified as being under eighteen years of age. Promotional communications concerning an Offering for a minor will ordinarily be directed to the verified parent or lawful guardian.
If you believe that a child has provided personal data or obtained access without appropriate parental or guardian authority, please contact us promptly. We will investigate and take reasonable steps to delete, restrict or otherwise appropriately handle the relevant personal data, subject to Applicable Law and legitimate record-keeping requirements.
18. Community Privacy
Profile information, posts, comments, chat, reactions and other contributions may be visible to instructors, moderators and other authorised Participants. Do not post contact details, identity documents, payment information, health records, confidential employer information or information about another person without authority.
We prohibit unauthorised screenshots, recordings and disclosure, but cannot guarantee that another Participant will comply. Report suspected misuse to reachus@ashishvidyarthi.com.
19. Third-Party Links and Independent Services
An Offering or communication may link to a third-party website, social network, application or resource. If you choose to use an independent third-party service, its privacy policy governs its processing. This Policy does not cover an unrelated third party's independent practices merely because a link appears in an Offering.
20. Accuracy and Your Responsibilities
Please provide accurate information and update it when necessary. Incorrect contact details may prevent delivery of OTPs, receipts, session notices or support.
Do not provide another person's personal data without authority. Do not use another person's account, identity or payment method unlawfully.
21. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, the Offerings, service providers or data practices. The updated Policy will display a revised "Last Updated" date.
If a change materially affects how existing personal data is processed, we will provide an appropriate notice and obtain fresh consent where required by Applicable Law. Continued use will not be treated as consent where the law requires a separate clear affirmative action.
22. Contact, Grievance Officer and Privacy Contact

Grievance Officer and Privacy Contact: Divya Sane

We aim to acknowledge a grievance within forty-eight hours after receipt and resolve it within one month, or within another period required by Applicable Law. Resolution timelines may reasonably depend on the nature of the complaint, the information supplied by the complainant and the involvement of TagMango, a Payment Service Provider or another third party; however, this will not limit any mandatory timeline or remedy available under Applicable Law.
For personal-data processing independently controlled by TagMango, you may also contact the grievance or privacy contact identified in TagMango’s Privacy Policy at https://tagmango.com/privacy.
